Your profile can remain active for private AI matching even when no opportunity is currently displayed. When a suitable Job Order exists, AusPath AI may assess and rank your profile privately. You only see an opportunity after a recruiter or AusPath reviews the shortlist and deliberately invites you.

Turn your Australian goal into a clear next-action plan

Trying to work in Australia can involve several connected stages—professional registration, skills assessment, English requirements, evidence, employment preparation, employer matching and migration steps where applicable. The AusPath Pathway Planner brings those moving parts together so you can understand where you are now and what you should work on next.

Your plan uses the information in your AusPath profile to organise relevant steps, highlight missing information and show practical next actions. As you update your profile and provide stronger evidence, your pathway and readiness picture can become clearer.

Keep your important evidence organised

The Documents section gives you one secure place to upload and manage the evidence relevant to your pathway. Depending on your candidate category, this can include your CV, registration evidence, AHPRA self-check, NCLEX or OSCE results, English testing, police checks, health evidence, skills assessments, licences, qualifications and experience letters.

Uploading a document does not automatically verify a qualification or credential. Documents remain subject to AusPath review before they are relied upon for Workforce Readiness or recruitment matching.

Know where you stand—and what to complete next

Your Workforce Readiness Score brings together the factual information and recognised evidence held in your candidate record. It helps you understand how prepared your profile is across employment readiness, professional registration or pathway progress, and migration readiness where relevant.

The score is not a job offer and does not override the requirements of an individual employer, recruiter, professional registration authority or visa process. It is a practical guide that shows where your profile is strong and where action may still be required.

Opportunities come to you after review

The AusPath Workforce Portal is not a public job-search website. Australian employers and verified recruiters work with genuine Job Orders inside the AusPath platform. AI can privately compare suitable candidate profiles against the requirements of those roles, but AI does not make the final decision.

An opportunity appears in your portal only after the shortlist has been reviewed and a recruiter or AusPath deliberately invites you. Until then, your profile can remain active for matching without displaying empty or irrelevant job advertisements.

See confirmed interview details in one place

AI matching or being shortlisted does not automatically create an interview. When an employer or recruiter formally schedules an interview, the confirmed date, time, meeting details and available response actions appear in your Interviews section.

Follow your placement and onboarding journey

If you progress from an opportunity into a formal placement, the Onboarding section becomes your candidate-facing tracker. It helps you follow authorised tasks, milestones and next actions without exposing internal recruiter notes, private employer discussions or commercial information.
